Description
Accurate quantification of 4,4′-methylenedianiline (4,4′-MDA) is of importance to a variety of industries including biochemistry, plastics, food, and lubricants. Although this compound has not been classified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency for carcinogenicity, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified 4,4′-MDA as a Group 2B chemical, a possible human carcinogen. The OndaVia 4,4′-MDA Analysis Kit is designed for simple, quick measurement of 4,4′-MDA content in a water sample. With a simple extraction technique, the 4,4′-MDA content in grease can be determined.
